Leaseurope, the voice of leasing and automotive rental in Europe, is delighted to welcome Capital Appraisal as a new associate member.

A market leader in independent valuations and monitoring solutions, Capital Appraisal specialises in industrial and other non-real-estate assets, including machinery, equipment, inventories and business-critical facilities. By combining RICS expertise with proprietary technology and advanced AI capabilities, the company supports banks, leasing firms and other investors in making informed asset-backed financing decisions and enhancing recovery outcomes.

What is an associate member?

Although full membership of Leaseurope is limited to national national leasing and automotive rental associations, the federation welcomes service providers, consultancies and professional advisories as associate members. Leaseurope currently has 24 associate members offering a variety of services across Europe.
