Leaseurope and Fleet Europe join forces to explore the changing fleet landscape at the 2026 Annual Convention

European fleet management is undergoing significant change as electrification accelerates, regulatory requirements evolve and operators face growing pressure to remain competitive. Against this backdrop, the session will bring together perspectives from across the fleet and mobility ecosystem to examine how fleet operators and finance providers can respond to these shared challenges.

The discussion will cover electrification and total cost of ownership, charging infrastructure, regulatory compliance and driver policies, with a particular focus on how developments in these areas are affecting fleet strategies and the relationship between fleet operators and their finance partners.
