The programme for the Annual Conventions of the European  leasing and consumer credit industry is now ready to view!

Returning this year to the Hotel Cascais Miragem, Portugal, the Annual Conventions of Leaseurope, the voice of the leasing and automotive rental industry in Europe, and Eurofinas, the federation representing specialised consumer credit providers in Europe will take place on 9 and 10 October 2025.

This year’s programme of both Conventions will focus on the European Commission’s goals to deliver a competitive, sustainable, and prosperous Europe.

During the keynote opening plenary session for both Conventions featuring Paulo Portas, Former deputy PM, Defense Minister, Foreign Minister of Portugal and William de Vijlder, Economic Adviser to the general management of BNP Paribas Group, Professor in Economics at Ghent University, we will explore the changing geopolitical landscape and its effect on the European economy.

For leasing and automotive rental, the Leaseurope Convention will explore the growing need for business investment and how this can be enabled by overcoming challenges including business uncertainty and risks attached to new asset classes.

For specialised consumer credit, the Eurofinas Convention will then review the latest developments affecting the role of specialised consumer credit providers in supporting households to invest in more sustainable assets while managing their financial needs.
