Empowering Innovation: The 2025 Leaseurope Future Group

Since 2013, Leaseurope and Invigors EMEA have partnered to empower emerging talent through the Future Group Programme. This forward-thinking programme has become a cornerstone of innovation within the leasing and automotive rental industry, generating over 130 groundbreaking ideas and building a strong network of future industry leaders from across Europe.

The 2025 Future Group is already well underway and continues to build on this legacy of excellence. This year, 15 promising young professionals from diverse backgrounds across Europe have come together to tackle some of the most urgent and forward-looking themes in the industry - including AI Integration, Transition Economy and Attracting New Business in a Low-Growth, Low-Inflation Economy.

Designed to both challenge and inspire, the Future Group programme not only delivers innovative, practical solutions to the industry but also celebrates the next generation of leadership in the European leasing sector. With the expert guidance of Leaseurope and Invigors, this year's participants have already pitched their initial concepts, resulting in three standout ideas that are now being further developed.

These final projects will be presented to industry leaders at the European Leasing & Automotive Rental Industry Annual Convention, taking place in Cascais, Portugal on 10 October 2025.
