The 2024 Future Group Report

Since 2013, Leaseurope and Invigors EMEA have joined forces to empower young talent through the Future Group Initiative. This program has become a cornerstone of innovation, fostering over 115 groundbreaking ideas and connecting more than 150 emerging leaders. The 2024 Future Group was no exception, bringing together 15 diverse talents from across Europe to tackle pressing themes such as sustainability, transition finance, and promoting the leasing and short-term automotive rental industry.

This year's participants pitched 15 ideas, culminating in three standout concepts that were further refined and presented at the European Leasing & Automotive Rental Industry Annual Convention in Alicante, Spain.
